Description : Temporary processors complete essential data verification and data entry steps as part of processing applications for admission. Typical activities include :

  • Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of student data with strict FERPA compliance
  • Reviewing applications and academic records according to established guidelines
  • Calculating grade point averages, determining residency and tracking performance indicators
  • Verifying data in university systems and performing data maintenance tasks
  • Scanning / downloading material into database
  • Completing other special projects as assigned

Timeline : Late September through mid-December.

Hours : Positions start week of September 29 : part-time / training (est 15-30 hours / week). Starting October 13 : Full-time (35-40 hours / week : 8am-5pm M-F).

Pay : $17 per hour. This position includes limited sick leave per state of Colorado regulations.

Location : Full-time on campus (Fort Collins) OR full-time remote (in Colorado). Individuals who request to work remotely must have access to workspace that meets University requirements and must make appropriate arrangements for dependent care during agreed-upon work hours.

We will discuss workspace, computer equipment and tech support with applicants invited to interview.

    Position Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency

  • Experience with student information systems, database systems, data entry, data verification and / or compliance projects
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance volume, speed and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet performance indicators
