We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a CRM & Help Desk Support Analyst role.Develops, monitors, and communicates updates for the CRM and TEA Help Desk product teams, coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to knowledge base articles. Resolves support incidents, ensuring quality analysis, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance. Writes and reviews support procedures and ticket responses. Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM and TEA Help Desk products, ensuring timely updates for issues and enhancements.Required Skills : Using Atlassian Jira Products (Service Desk and Software) End User Testing of software releases Preferred Skills : Using Zendesk Help Desk Using MS Modern Requirements
