The Lead Auto Glass Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. Leading by example and exemplifying our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Safety remains a top priority with all employees.
• Complete Pre and Post inspections using tablet-based technology.
• Repair and replace auto glass according to ANSI standards.
• Calibrate vehicles with ADAS safety equipment.
• Holds and documents weekly safety meeting and trains on specific safety topics monthly.
• Complete Pre and Post inspections using tablet-based technology.
• Repair and replace auto glass according to ANSI standards.
• Complete Rock Chip repairs according to ROLAGS standards
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicles and in shop.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Complete invoices and work orders using tablet-based technology.
• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements :

Automotive, Residential or Commercial experienced Installer must have a valid driver’s license.

$40,000 - $80,000 annually depending on experience.
