Proven experience as benefits administratorSolid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulationsExperience with ADP human resource management is a plusProficient in MS Office and / or HRMS system (e.g. Oracle)Understanding of data recording and analysisExcellent organizational skillsOutstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilitiesAttention to detailReliable with adherence to confidentiality dictationsBachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or relevant fieldExperience leading or supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility initiativesCommitment to unbiased and equitable hiring, with a focus on outreach to historically marginalized communitiesJob Highlights
