Instructional Designer

Ring's Global Learning and Quality team is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts, and Program Managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, coupled with strong project management and communication skills. You should be adept at balancing speed and quality, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Key job responsibilities :

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
• Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools
• Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs

Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning and development of Ring Customer Support associates. We design, create and develop learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, the customer experience, coaching, leadership development, and specialty training.
