Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Junior Graphic Designer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, particularly focused on corporate production work . The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign , and the full Adobe Creative Suite , and will bring a solid understanding of how to visually communicate complex information in a corporate environment.
As part of our Corporate Communications and Marketing team , you will support a variety of internal and external initiatives by producing compelling visuals that align with our brand across digital, print, and presentation formats. You will play a key role in designing high-quality marketing collateral, business development materials, internal training visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and branded documents for our growing portfolio of operating companies nationwide.
The role requires strong production design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. English / Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role may involve occasional translation and culturally adapted content. A strong portfolio demonstrating production design work is required for consideration.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule; with most of the week spent in our Tempe, AZ office for collaboration, allowing for remote flexibility on some days. We're looking for a team player with a production mindset, a passion for great design, the technical skillset to bring ideas to life at a high standard, a great attitude, and willingness to work hard under tight deadlines.
