Medical Device Tester I

CorTech is seeking to hire a Medical Device Tester I for our client in Irving, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $27.34 / Hour Start Time (AM / PM) 8 : 30 AM End Time (AM / PM) 5 : 00 PM Exempt / Non Exempt : Non Exempt Years Experience : Entry level to 3 years Skills : Must be proficient with the documentation of test results. Able to review software requirements and determine acceptance criteria. Some laboratory or diagnostics experience desired. Ability to demonstrate competency of computer skills. Education : B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline including Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Laboratory Science desired. On the job experience in Software Testing or Medical Device Testing or Life Sciences of more than 4-6 years without a Bachelors Degree. Duties : Software testing of a medical device used in testing body fluids. Verifies instrument functioning by checking and calibrating specific lab instruments and documents data.
