As a Senior Application Support Analyst – Web & Database Systems with customer facing acumen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web-based software application used by trade operations and settlement professionals. Leveraging your technical expertise, and communication skills, you will provide all tiers of technical support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
