Description

We are seeking a Manager of Foster Case Management to join our team.

Salary Range : $54,000 - $58,000

Your role will be responsible for the supervision of foster care case management staff, and service compliance with contract / licensing / funding body and accreditation requirements. As a member of the Missouri Foster Care team, you will supervise 7 team members and report to the Director of Foster Care and Adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Provide back-up supervision to case management staff (as needed) in the absence of other unit supervisors.
• Be accessible by phone after hours, holidays and weekends, when assigned as the on-call supervisor.
• Serve as an ongoing liaison between Cornerstones of Care and funding sources, always maintaining adequate communication channels to ensure that services remain flexible and creative in response to community needs.
• Ensure, through supervision and monitoring, that each Case Specialist maintains up-to-date records in the Cornerstones of Care and Children's Division management information systems for each child within established standards.
