Technical Lead

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Technical Lead for our client partner. The Manager of Software, Engineering & Automation will provide strategic and technical leadership for the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support health insurance operations. This position will oversee the delivery of .NET-based applications and automation initiatives including - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) - to streamline administrative processes, improve accuracy, and enhance service outcomes. This role will also ensure that technology strategies align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards while leading multidisciplinary teams in software engineering and automation delivery.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement technology strategies for .NET-based applications and automation solutions supporting core insurance operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams of software engineers and automation specialists.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions and automation programs.
