  • Flexible scheduling with options for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
  • Focus on quality care as you typically care for 18 - 20 patients per day.
  • Scheduled weekly administrative time, approximately 40 minutes included in each day for efficient patient management :

40-minute visits for new patients and 20-minute visits for follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team for comprehensive patient care.
  • Supportive staff dedicated to allowing clinicians to practice at the full scope of their license.
  • No call or urgent care shifts required – outpatient only. Optional urgent care shifts available for additional compensation.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM—enjoy work-life balance without nights or weekends.

  • This position includes a guaranteed base salary plus an annual bonus based on quality and performance metrics.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), or equivalent Medical Degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine required.
  • Holding an active, unrestricted medical license in California or the ability to obtain one prior to starting work.
  • A valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment starting.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a managed care setting preferred (1+ years).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Open to recent graduates!

    • Important Note for California Residents :

    The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688.

  • Base and bonus pay will vary based on experience and metric achievement. Additional benefits may apply, including comprehensive packages, incentives, and 401k contributions.
