Information Technology Business Process Engineer

How you show up

The day-to-day
You apply your gifts of process analysis and optimization by analyzing our current processes in various areas, especially around distribution, and designing and implementing improved processes using technology to make things easier or more efficient for the end user.
Using your automation and software development skills, you design, develop, and deploy these solutions using T-SQL or other appropriate programming languages.
You create custom web applications with easy-to-use UX and UI for non-technical team members.
When you see repetitive tasks and data processing, you create scripts that help streamline the workflows.
You unify disparate systems, including ERP, WMS, CRM, and supplier portals, through APIs and middleware solutions.
Because you are curious and hungry, you stay current with industry trends in distribution technology and automation.
You interact with multiple team members in many different areas of the company.
What you have
The drive to learn our systems, to serve the team, and to work autonomously.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems (or equivalent).
Your 3+ years in process engineering or business analyst roles will help you make impactful solutions for end-users.
You have and can demonstrate the following technical skills :
Ability to do some limited traveling.
You may need to respond to on-call emergency situations.
Ability to work during scheduled maintenance windows and system upgrades which typically are off-hours.
