Strategic Transactions Contracts Lead

What you'll do :
- Draft and finalize documents for equipment lease and finance transactions, ensuring timely and accurate filings like STB and RCG filings, PPSAs, UCC-1s and UCC-3s
- Oversee financing deal closings, ensure conditions are met, and handle post-closing tasks like UCC filings and document archiving
- Prepare and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and real estate leases
- Maintain organized records with key metadata, track deadlines, and ensure compliance
- Streamline processes, implement tools like CLM systems, and improve templates and workflows
