About EverWell Home Care :
EverWell Home Care is a licensed non-medical agency dedicated to empowering clients through personalized, Medicaid-funded care services. Our mission is to promote independence and well-being in the home environment through compassionate and compliant support. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with In-Home Support Services (IHSS) assessments, training, and oversight.
Job Summary :
The IHSS Registered Nurse will conduct non skilled non medical the rn will only do the initial assessments, train attendants / family caregivers, complete care plans and perform required supervisory visits every 60 days. This is a contract-based position with flexible hours, ideal for a nurse who values independence and community impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform initial RN assessments for IHSS clients.
- Complete and submit IHSS Care Plans.
- Provide caregiver training tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct required in-home supervisory visits (every 60–90 days).
- Ensure compliance with state Medicaid and IHSS program requirements.
- Document all nursing activity and communication accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with case managers, clients, and EverWell’s administrative team.
Qualifications :
Active RN license in the state of Colorado (required).Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience; home health or community-based care preferred.Experience with Medicaid waiver programs or IHSS is a plus.Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.Strong communication and documentation skills.Must pass a background check and have current CPR certification.Why Join EverWell Home Care?

Pay : $45.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on experience, travel distance, and number of clients.
