About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and P&L management experience, and be adept at developing and implementing operational strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills are essential, as is a customer-first mindset and knowledge of retail trends, technology, and best practices.
