Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst - Strategic Programs. Key Responsibilities Define and track KPIs to measure company health and ensure strategic initiatives are on track Support integration projects and coordinate major initiatives from the strategic plan Build and maintain dashboards to provide business insights and support leadership decision-making Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, or program management Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect KPIs to business outcomes Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Bachelor's degree required
