In this role, you’ll work on everything from air conditioning units and heating systems to ductless systems, compressors, and more in both the residential and commercial spaces.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Good customer relations and interpersonal skills (professional disposition, upbeat but down-to-earth with a sense of humor) Excellent organizational and time management skills A 'self-starter' attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner Great verbal and written communication skills Ability to use required technology for the position (training provided) Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision What You’ll Do :
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
- You will be primarily responsible for performing repairs, maintenance and installation to a variety of equipment including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, ductless systems, hermetic compressors, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.
