Job Description
We are looking for a Technology Enablement Leader to join our firm and play a leadership role in technology enablement, ensuring our teams work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. You will partner across the organization to embed learning, build communities, measure outcomes and transform our ways of working. The Technology Enablement Leader drives our technology enablement program, designed to maximize the adoption and usage of our technology and foster a culture of learning, sharing, and collaboration throughout the firm. Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field. Master's or MBA is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology enablement, digital adoption, change management or related roles, preferably in a professional services environment. Proven track record of driving adoption of enterprise technology tools and measuring business outcomes. Experience in change management and training delivery at scale. Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends, and best practices. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills : able to influence senior leadership, work cross-functionally, manage vendor / partner relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Exposure to analytics & data-driven culture : ability to interpret usage data, derive insights, recommend next actions. Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate others. Comfortable in a technology-rich environment : familiarity with enterprise platforms, digital tools, analytics, and ideally exposure to AI / ML / automation initiatives. Ability to travel as needed. We appreciate talent from all over the United States and are willing to consider candidates who may not be located near a Crowe office location for this role / opening.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $101,200.00 - $214,800.00 per year.
