Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced AI Architect with a deep background in Python, machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI . This role is ideal for a senior-level technologist with a strong track record at top-tier tech companies (, Meta, Google, Apple, Tesla, OpenAI) who is ready to shape foundational AI infrastructure in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and lead the development of complex AI systems, with a focus on LLMs and agent-based frameworks

Design scalable pipelines for data, training, inference, and real-time AI services

Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate intelligent systems into legal workflows

Drive research-to-production efforts around LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and autonomous agents

Stay ahead of the curve in the AI landscape and bring bleeding-edge techniques into production

Mentor engineers and contribute to building a world-class AI function

Requirements :

10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI / ML, or related fields

Deep expertise in Python and core ML libraries (, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)

Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs , transformers, and agentic architectures

Strong understanding of modern AI / ML infrastructure, including cloud-native deployment and scaling

Previous experience at leading tech companies (, Meta, Google, Apple, Tesla, OpenAI) is required

Proven ability to lead large-scale AI initiatives from architecture to deployment

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to Have :

Experience in legaltech, document processing, or NLP in regulated industries

Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications
