TRAINER – Chicago, IL Job Overview As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for Call-Takers, Dispatchers, and Supervisors.

Your expertise in emergency dispatch operations and your ability to foster a positive learning environment will be crucial in ensuring that our team is well-prepared to handle critical situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities Training Program Development :

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including curriculum, training materials, and scenario-based exercises, tailored to Call-Takers and Dispatchers.
• Ensure programs align with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly update materials to reflect evolving standards and technologies.
