QualificationsThe ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience bankruptcy law and debt settlement, familiar with consumer protection laws (FDCPA, FCRA, etc).Active Florida Bar membership required;Ability to work on high volume cases;3+ years of relevant experience in litigation;Must be able to file pleadings and attend hearings;Ability to meet with clients they are representing;Excellent negotiation and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;Proven experience in managing complex collections cases ;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;Expertise in financial transactions, debt negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;Strong negotiation skills with an ability to achieve favorable outcomes for the clients;Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.Benefits :Pay is compensated with experience $60,000- $75,000 a year;Flexible schedule perfect for someone who does not want to have to report to an office daily;Opportunity for growth.Yearly Florida Bar dues.Tipo de puesto : Temporal
