  • Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience bankruptcy law and debt settlement, familiar with consumer protection laws (FDCPA, FCRA, etc)
  • .Active Florida Bar membership required;
  • Ability to work on high volume cases;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation;
  • Must be able to file pleadings and attend hearings;
  • Ability to meet with clients they are representing;
  • Excellent negotiation and written, verbal, and presentation communication skills;
  • Proven experience in managing complex collections cases ;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Expertise in financial transactions, debt negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to achieve favorable outcomes for the clients;
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Benefits :
  • Pay is compensated with experience $60,000- $75,000 a year;
