Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 / year + Vehicle & Phone Allowance + Quarterly Bonuses

Jack Laurie Cleaning Services is hiring a Night Operations Manager to lead our night shift commercial cleaning operations with strength, urgency, and integrity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has proven leadership experience in the commercial cleaning industry , and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead people, solve problems in real-time, and communicate with confidence. This role requires a strong field presence , the ability to train and support teams , and the flexibility to be where the work needs you — whether that’s in a building, on a job site, or back at the office.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and lead nightly commercial cleaning operations across multiple client sites

Supervise, train, and develop team members to meet safety, quality, and performance expectations

Conduct site inspections, team audits, and coach in real time

Communicate clearly with both clients and employees to ensure satisfaction and accountability

Respond immediately to staffing gaps, customer needs, or quality concerns

Manage scheduling, supply needs, labor hours, and budget expectations

Work hands-on when needed to support the team and maintain service standards

Operate as a visible leader in the field while also supporting planning and communication from the office

What You Need to Succeed :

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the commercial cleaning / janitorial industry (REQUIRED)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Must be flexible with schedule and available for night, weekend, and on-call needs

Willing to work hands-on when necessary

Proficient with mobile scheduling, reporting, and basic computer applications

Background check will be required prior to employment

Compensation & Benefits :

65,000 - $75,000 / year , depending on experience
