Physician / Family Practice / Connecticut / Permanent / Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine Job

A healthcare system in Connecticutis currently a licensed Physician, with a Family Medicine background, for a promising Primary Care Physician opportunity at one of their facilities in Fairfield County.

About the Opportunity :

• Specialty : Family Medicine

Setting : Medical Clinic

Schedule : Monday to Friday (4 days a week; no weekends or nights)

Hours : 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (32 to 40 hours a week)

Patient Population : All ages

Patient Volume : 16 per day

Responsibilities :

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for;

Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit

Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; conducting occasional tele-health visits

Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams

Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut

Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics Residency program

Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics
