- Salary : Architect III - $104,000 - $122,300

What You’ll Do – Your Design in Action
Design Forward – Contribute innovative design ideas that reflect context, creativity, and client vision.Lead the Details – Independently produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and materials selections.Collaborate Creatively – Work alongside clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless, inspired outcomes.Problem Solve with Purpose – Apply your judgment to evaluate and implement architectural solutions for projects of medium to large complexity.Administer with Intent – Conduct construction site visits, review RFIs / submittals, and support project follow-through.Balance & Budget – Stay aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.Support the Vision – Ensure documents and deliverables reflect both design excellence and technical precision.Requirements : Competencies
Design Tools : Proficiency in Revit required; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficiency required; SketchUp or Rhino required; Lumion, Enscape and V-Ray are a plus.Technical Know-How : Strong working knowledge of zoning and building codes, specifications, building / engineering systems, and agency requirements (NFPA, ADAAG, FGI, OBC, IBC etc).Creative Confidence : Ability to generate and articulate impactful design ideas.Strong Communicator : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Detail-Driven : Organized and efficient with a focus on quality, timelines, and collaboration.Client Focused : Passion for providing exceptional client service.Team Player : Collaborative and professional work ethic.Essential Functions
Licensed Architect who works independently and is responsible for finished plans, specifications and approval of materials and constructionParticipates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire projectCoordinates on the planning and development of construction and design document production, and provide technical expertise to ensure coordinated and high-quality documentsResponsible to conduct construction administration duties, such as site visits, RFI responses, submittals, and punch list reviewsLiaises with Project Management, other architects, and consultantsDevelops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projectsInvolve explorations of subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation and development of novel concepts and methodsParticipates in preparing reports and specifications. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calculationsResponsible to follow project budget, task schedule, and other components of the work plan with Project ManagerResponsible to monitor personal billing and works at maximizing team’s quality and efficiency in assigned tasksResponsible to coordinate with clients, project team, consultants, and contractors to ensure trust and confidenceProvide leadership and oversight of a team of project architects, project associates and internsProvide leadership for client meetingsAssists in analyses of design, design data, and planning as it relates to project scopeContribute innovative design solutions that consistently capture the intended design visionContribute to bold design solutions that balance scale, aesthetics, and context to maximize the impact to the individual and communityMay participate in marketing efforts and lead presentations to prospective clientsYour Background – The Foundation of Your Success
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university (preferred).Experience : Minimum 8 years of architecture-related experience in a professional setting.Travel : Occasional project-related travel required.Why Join Us?
