Shifts : 1st Shift (7 : 00am-3 : 30pm) & 2nd Shift (3 : 30pm - 11pm)
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations across assigned work areas and shifts. This role ensures all manufacturing, assembly, or kitting activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards and production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure execution of the production schedule.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing or priorities to meet daily output targets.
- Train, coach, and develop production team members to meet performance, quality, and safety expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, GMPs, and company standards.
- Monitor equipment, materials, and process conditions to maintain smooth production; escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate reporting for shift performance, including productivity, scrap, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to clean room or controlled-environment requirements, including uniforms, PPE, and sanitation procedures.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues quickly.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen process capability.
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping approvals, and attendance management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of production, manufacturing, or assembly experience; supervisory experience required.Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards.Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven production environment.Proficient with basic computer systems and production reporting tools.Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods in a production setting.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive, food production, or another regulated environment.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.Experience supervising 10 or more employees or managing a shift-based team.Work Environment & Schedule
Requires standing for extended periods and use of PPE, hairnets, and uniforms.Must be able to work the assigned shift and support schedule adjustments as needed.
