Position Overview

The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support Elite Technology's growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter with a strong sourcing mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and regions, with a strong emphasis on outbound engagement, candidate experience, and partnership with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data, insights, and storytelling to attract high-quality candidates.
• Provide hiring teams with market intelligence, pipeline health updates, and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.
• Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Elite's employer brand and values.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure process transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.
