job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the financial institution location to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and directions in accordance with site protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all patrols, incidents, and observations. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established procedures. Support a secure environment by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the location. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Full-Time in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour
Job Schedule : Day Time
Monday 04 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
Tuesday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Wednesday 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
Saturday 12 : 30 PM - 07 : 00 PM
Sunday 04 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
