As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for guiding day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution center serving two iconic quick service restaurant brands. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. In This Role, You’ll :

• Lead warehouse operations across two shifts, overseeing associates in a temperature-controlled environment
• Ensure timely receiving, picking, and dispatch of goods while maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Monitor productivity, safety, sanitation, and product integrity across all warehouse processes
• Communicate clearly and regularly with your team, set expectations and keeping operations aligned
• Track KPIs, complete reports (logs, timecards, damage, productivity), and act based on the data
• Plan labor and equipment needs to meet dynamic operational demands
• Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
