- 1st shift : Sunday–Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Training : Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (May include Sat / Sun to shadow off-shift staff)
SUMMARY :
The Supply Chain Customer Coordinator bridges client supply chain operations and end customers by managing high-volume communications and load coordination. This role is key to ensuring delivery success while maintaining excellent relationships with external partners.
FULL DESCRIPTION :
Analyze customer order data and determine shipment execution strategy.Liaise with carriers and customer teams to confirm order status.Use systems such as UNFI, Retail Link, and One Network to ensure appointment compliance.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve delivery KPIs and reduce exceptions.Handle up to 300+ email communications daily for real-time coordination.REQUIREMENTS : Education :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics or transportationExperience :
1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or dispatch rolesComputer Skills :
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelCommunication Skills :
Clear, concise verbal / written communicationConflict resolution and high-volume multitasking required.
