job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAdminister IV medications and specialty infusions in clinic-based environments. Monitor patients for therapy response and manage infusion-related reactions. Access and maintain existing vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, portsno line placement required). Perform therapeutic injections (IM / SQ) as ordered. Educate patients on therapy plans and care expectations. Document care electronically and communicate updates to providers. Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered). Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (SNF or clinic preferred). Current BLS certification. Strong IV and vascular access skills. Reliable transportation for local coverage. Full-Time : 34 shifts per week (daytime hours). PRN : Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs. MondayFriday schedule onlyno weekends or nights. Competitive hourly rates.
