What Youll Do

As a Tier 2 Technician, youll be the escalation point for our support team and a trusted resource for our clients. Youll work on a variety of systems and technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and project implementation.

Responsibilities include :

• Handling escalated support tickets and resolving complex technical issues
• Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Supporting Windows servers, networking equipment, and cloud platforms
• Assisting with firewall configurations, VPN setups, and remote access tools
• Participating in cybersecurity monitoring, response, and best practices
• Leading or supporting IT projects such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades
• Collaborating with Tier 1 techs and mentoring junior staff
• Documenting solutions and contributing to internal knowledge base
