job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise and mentor social work staff, providing guidance on patient care and case management practices. Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Oversee the implementation of home community care services, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate behavioural health services and support client progress. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Active Social worker license in California. For Psych : Certification LCSW / ACSW. Experience as an MSW. At least 2-3 Years of Experience as an MSW in facilities in a large urban area, Acute Trauma Hospital. Previous hands-on experience in executing all typical tasks & deliverables & in the entire lifecycle Assessments, counselling & care coordination , resource & benefit acquisition, and discharge planning. Health education. Documentation. Patient load metric of 15-20 assessments.

- Mon to Fri : 8 : 30am - 5pm (8 hr. shift), 40 Hours / week at Inpatient Psychiatry
