Office Services Assistant
Local Company seeks Office Services Assistant : provides front office, facilities, and operations support in a client-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing supplies, mail, and space reservations; providing reception coverage; assisting with events, security access, and client deliverables; and troubleshooting office equipment. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with at least one year of related experience preferred. This position is a two month contract but could become permanent for the right fit. Requirements include proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role, proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach, ability to perform accurate data entry and manage files effectively, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
