Position Overview : As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of 100+ professionals and oversee the hiring of approximately over 10,000 employees annually across all regions and functions. You will partner directly with C-suite leaders to align recruitment with strategic business goals, drive innovation in sourcing and process design, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed TA organization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience : 15+ years in talent acquisition, including 7+ years leading large-scale, global teams (100+ preferred).

Volume Expertise : Demonstrated success managing high-volume hiring efforts (10,000+ hires / year) in complex, matrixed environments.

Leadership : Strong coaching and team development skills with the ability to lead through influence across geographies.

Strategic Influence : Executive presence and strong communication skills with a proven ability to partner with C-suite leaders.

Data Fluency : Skilled in leveraging recruiting metrics, reporting tools, and analytics to drive improvement and innovation.

Change Agent : Creative and results-oriented with a track record of modernizing and scaling TA capabilities.

Education : Bachelor's degree required.
