Principal Advisor- Strategy & Portfolios

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Comprehension of complex business scenarios; including the ability to define problems collect & analyze data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Partner with Service Line leaders to align initiatives with portfolio strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate executive-level planning workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance.
• Coordinate strategic communications and reporting for executive and board-level audiences.
• Collaborate across departments (Finance HR Strategy Operations) to build scalable frameworks and governance processes.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Power BI ServiceNow and portfolio management platforms.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education / professional certifications and qualifications / experience.
