The Role : As a Welder / Fabricator at Railserve, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of our locomotives. This position involves extensive travel to various Railserve sites in the United States and possibly Canada, focusing on welding and fabricating tasks.

What You'd Be Doing :

A Little About Who We Are Looking For : We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from a welding program and at least 1 year of welding experience, or alternatively, 3 years of industrial / construction or similar professional welding experience. Attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to travel are essential qualities we are looking for.
