Job Description : Electrician
The Electrician installs and repairs wiring, fixtures, and equipment for all electrical services aboard vessels and within the facility.
Pay : $28.00
Duties
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics is preferred.
Strong understanding of marine or industrial electrical systems and components.
Experience
Prior experience as an electrician is required.
2+ years of experience in an industrial or shipyard environment.
Safety Environmental Factors :
All employees are expected to adhere to the companys safety policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves working under extreme hot or cold conditions and requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift, use hands for various tasks, ascend stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Team members must occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
