JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Senior Paid Social Specialist will own the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of dental clients. You'll be responsible for setting launch strategies, guiding request management, leading proactive account audits, and preparing for and attending client reporting calls. This role combines tactical expertise with client communication and cross-departmental collaboration, making it a critical position on the paid media team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Launch Strategy

• Define the strategic approach for new social ad launches, including market and competitor research, campaign angle and offer development, and budget planning.
• Prepare kickoff slides and strategy briefs, and join pre-launch prep calls with CSMs and service teams to align on launch direction.
