13 Weeks | Days (3x12s, 36 hrs / week)

Join a supportive LTC facility in Bigfork, MN caring for residents across two units : Tamarack (20 beds) and Aspen Memory Care (20 beds). Travelers must be flexible and able to contribute positively to a teamwork-focused culture.

Details & Requirements :

Charting : MEDITECH C / S 5.66 & Point Click Care

Certs : Active MN RN license, BLS required

Dementia training required prior to start

Orientation : RN / LPN – 3 shifts

Shift : 6a–6p (Days) / 6p–6a (Nights)

Weekend : Every other weekend (may vary)

Holidays required

Scrubs : Any color

Floating : None

Not a charge role

First-time travelers accepted

Providers : Daily rounding; 4–5 private practice physicians

Common Patients : LTC & memory care residents; dementia population

Support Staff : CNA ratios Days / Evenings up to 3 per unit; Nights 1 in Tamarack, 2 in Aspen

RN Coverage : Days – 1 RN / LPN on each unit; Nights – 1 RN / LPN covering both units
