As General Manager, you will lead the Restore studio in the community to create brand awareness and consistent experience, drive traffic, leads and membership, and overall sales. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the studio's performance, team members, KPI management, and marketing events. A successful leader at Restore will have previous management experience, a passion for wellness, for helping people, and building performance based teams. Additionally, this role will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the studio and will aim to maintain a fun, engaging, educational and inclusive environment.ResponsibilitiesReporting & AdministrationResponsible for consistent reporting responsibilities (weekly trackers, monthly performance metrics (KPIs) reviews, event recaps, ordering store supplies, inventory and equipment knowledge / maintenance, etc) to the Operations Specialist, and Owners.Tracking cadence and execution and coordination of the companys marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach efforts, etc), and working with AGM / Lead HWR with local grassroots marketing initiatives through community events, partnerships, B2B, and word-of-mouth referrals.Responsible for consistent and reliable scheduling of studio staff, tracking forecasted payroll expenses, and communicating additional scheduling and hiring needs to the Regional / Head of Medical.OperationsDriving sales through promoting and recommending memberships and service packages, while also teaching cross-promotion to the team members to build on their sales experience. Manage client accounts such as freezes / terminations and follow up on declination of auto-pays. Ability to work flexible schedules, including on weekends and holidays as directed by business needs. New GMs are required to work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday; however, this is negotiable based on experience and team build / availability. Ensure a consistently safe and clean studio environment for members and guests.Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission and goals of Restore, modeling our values and culture.Leadership & CultureServe as an expert on Restore products and services to set an example and coach other team members technical skills, sales strategy and orientation toward hospitality and education.This includes understanding the Esthetics line of business, the Medical line of business, the Memberships Business and the Core Services. Interviewing and guiding onboarding of new team members; planning, assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and directing work tasks. Working individually with team members and facilitating their growth and development internally. Foster a culture of five-star customer service, doing the right thing, honesty, and an ethical sales approach, and cultivating a team environment where everyone helps everyone. Provide exceptional customer service while working with the Regional Manager to ensure all staff members perform at a high level, have documented roadmaps for career growth, and seek opportunities to empower them in that growth. Assisting with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, laundry, light cleaning, etc.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required2-5 years minimum of leadership experience required, including directly overseeing staff management within hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and terminationPrevious management experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or retail industry strongly preferredProven success in sales and team mentorshipMust possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clientsExceptional communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage client and staff concernsIntermediate computer skillsFlexible to work day, evening, and / or weekend hours as neededBenefitsMedical, dental, visionPTO / Sick TimeFree and discounted servicesBonus opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
