About the Role :

As the Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the facility. You’ll lead a committed team to deliver exceptional care while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure the highest standards of care and services.

Lead and support department heads to meet clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Requirements :

Current, valid Texas Nursing Home Administrator license (required).

Proven experience in long-term care administration.

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory standards.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Demonstrated success in census growth, staff development, and quality care outcomes.
