Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Highway Mass Grading 🚨

Colorado | 💼 Employee-Owned Contractor | 💰 $130K–$160K + Bonus + ESOP

We’re hiring a Project Manager for heavy civil and highway mass grading projects across Colorado. If you’ve been in the field — not just behind a screen — and know how to move serious earth, this is your opportunity to lead multi-million-dollar work and own a piece of the company.

Must have hands-on experience in Heavy Civil / Heavy Highway Construction.

Mass grading, earthwork, drainage, utilities, etc. required.

No vertical or commercial construction backgrounds will be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead schedules, logistics, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track production, costs, and quantities on active sites
  • Be the link between the field, office, and owners
  • Take ownership of scopes while growing into full PM responsibilities

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years in Heavy Civil / Highway construction (grading, drainage, utilities, etc.)
  • Strong field coordination experience and leadership chops
  • Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with field crews
  • Degree in CM, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
