Systems Analyst

The Team

In the Fidelity Institutional Technology group, the team is responsible for providing electronic trading solutions for Fidelitys Capital Markets division. This is a hands-on role as an individual contributor and responsibilities include systems analysis, documentation, and team-based planning and dependency management.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

3+ years of Analysis experience, with a proven track record of delivery of complex technology projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization

Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA desirable

Previous experience with trading systems or brokerage technology

Knowledge and experience of taking complex capabilities and breaking them into clear and concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria

Experience understanding the technology and software architecture of an application

Experience with AWS Cloud a plus, but not required

Experience working with QA and business partners on test scenarios

Experience detecting scope changes and escalation of issues

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 $60.00 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors
