About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the CEO and CFO / COO. The successful candidate will be responsible for amplifying the impact of the executive team, ensuring that their time is focused on high-impact opportunities, and leading high-priority initiatives and special projects. This role requires a strategic operator with a minimum of 10 years' experience in consulting, product, general management, or corporate strategy, particularly within a high-growth, scaling startup environment. The Chief of Staff will be involved in managing the executives' corporate profiles, including thought leadership and external visibility, and will be adept at crafting compelling narratives for a variety of audiences. Strong analytical skills, the ability to leverage data for decision-making, and experience in strategic growth opportunities such as market evaluation and M&A are essential. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will be a thought partner and advisor, capable of managing special initiatives and tasks with a high level of adaptability. They should be comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with a bias for action and high emotional intelligence. The role demands a professional who can drive alignment across executive leaders, ensure accountability on critical initiatives, and exercise excellent judgment. A strong understanding of financial storytelling, business principles, and investor expectations is also required.
