Summary of Position

The Assistant Bookkeeper is responsible for the timely and accurate input, processing and reporting of the computerized accounting system for the Practice. Also includes accurately tracking what's owed to suppliers and / or services, ensuring payments are properly approved before being processed. Accurate information on accounts payable is essential to producing accurate Financial Reports.
