A Family Practice physician is needed for a 13-week locum tenens assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the possibility of extension. The position involves providing primary medical care in an outpatient setting, including patient intake, urgent cases, and follow-ups, with no weekend or holiday shifts. The candidate must hold an active medical license in Indiana, as well as active DEA and BLS certifications.

We are currently working with a client in Indianapolis, Indiana who is currently looking for a physician to assist in providing primary medical care to patients in an outpatient setting. This is a 13 week Locum tenens assignment with the option to extend. Please see below for more details :

• Location : Indianapolis, Indiana
• Contract Length : 13 weeks with the option to extend
• Schedule : Monday - Friday 5 / 8 hour shifts, or 4 / 10 hour shifts
• Competitive Hourly Pay, Negotiable
• No weekends, No Holidays, No on call
• Malpractice Insurance 100% paid for and provided
• Daily duties include Seeing scheduled patients, some intake, urgent / emergent cases, walk - ins. Typical chart review and follow-ups.
• Must have active and unrestricted DEA, and active BLS certification
• Must have license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana
