In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple sites, ensuring top-tier service delivery, operational effectiveness, and strong client partnerships. Key Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned district portfolioDirect and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionOversee new client transitions and implementation of servicesLead, coach, and develop site supervisors and account managersEnsure effective scheduling and resource allocationReview and manage district financial performance, including P&L accountabilityPromote employee engagement and retention initiativesDistrict Manager Training Program :
Prior to full placement, you'll participate in an intensive management training program where you will :
Learn to make strategic business decisionsGain deep understanding of P&L statements and operational budgetingEnhance your leadership and customer service skillsApply the Securitas management model in real-world scenariosQualifications :
Previous experience in security preferredMinimum 5 years of leadership / management experience3+ years of multi-unit operational oversightProficiency in understanding and managing P&L statementsStrong operational, leadership, and organizational skillsExcellent client interfacingDemonstrated history of delivering excellent customer serviceValid driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred Competencies :
