Associate Attorney - Farsi Speaking

• Conduct legal research
• Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
• Knowledge of litigation and civil procedure is a plus
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, especially Spanish-speaking clients
• Perform legal administrative tasks as needed
• Required Experience :
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Farsi speaking - REQUIRED
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities
• Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients
