Swim Coach Instructor – SME

Position Overview :

Telum Corporation is seeking a Swim Coach / Instructor to support NSW candidate preparation programs at NSW Assessment Command East. This individual will run structured performance-focused swim training for SEAL and SWCC candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily (MonFri) 2-hour swim training sessions at JEB Little Creek.
• Develop and implement a NSW-specific swim training curriculum.
• Track and report individual candidate progress times and improvements.
• Ensure participants complete required paperwork (information sheets hold harmless forms).
• Serve as first responder in accordance with venue medical procedures.
• Provide monthly reports of all swim sessions and candidate performance to the Program Manager.
