We are actively seeking experienced Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resource (HR) Generalist will collect, compile, and analyze HR compensation data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations, and support HR initiatives, and administration such as compensation structure, benefits benchmarking, recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.

Among the current openings, we're on the lookout for two human resources generalists who will be responsible for day-to-day support of human resources functions. The selected candidates will be results oriented professionals who do not mind wearing multiple hats.

Supported by HR leadership, these HR Generalists will be well organized, flexible, and experienced in handling a wide range of HR duties typical for a rapidly growing company. Reporting to Vice President of HR, both HR Generalist positions are full-time positions based at our corporate office in Torrance California.

Educational Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or other related field. A master's degree is preferred. At least two (2+) years' experience as an HR Generalist with responsibilities including recruiting, compensation, training, goal setting, performance management, leave management, coaching, employee relations.
